Christmas is a great time to get creative with gifts, especially if you're on a tight budget like me! With a little imagination and a lot of thoughtfulness, you can give memorable gifts that will make people sing! I'm doing 12 days of gift ideas under $20.12 starting on this momentous date - 12/12/12.
Sing along!
~*On the first day of Christmas, Tiffany gave to me:
A Cutie from a Citrus Tree!*~
It's the holiday season, but with that, it's also cold and flu season! Why not give the gift of delicious preventive health in the form of tangerines?
I bought a package of "Cuties" on sale at the grocery store. If you want to make it extra special and spend a little extra, purchase tangerines from your local farmers market! For the packaging, I found the festive basket at the dollar store and used leftover tulle from another Christmas event.
If you really miss the partridge, you can give a nod to the show Portlandia and Put a Bird on It!
I'm going to give this mini fruit basket to my supervisor. He has a 1 year old at home and is always coming down with something. Hopefully with some extra vitamin C he can fully enjoy the holidays with his family -- sniffle and cough-free!
With love and Christmas Cheer,
Tiffany R.
